The Chinese 5 Elements and the "BE DO HAVE" Transformation to inspire you to step into your power and bespoke your life as part of my Coaching programmes. My podcast is a place to learn and share about for all things Lilith related, and how I work together with Lilith alongside I wanted to share a bit more about it in the meantime. #babysteps #coachingonline #Lilithgoddess #bedohave #yesyoucanĪs promised I am launching my podcast "Lilith Speaks" in November. When was the last time you committed to a choice, to your own YES on the crossroads, to your greatest possibilities so powerfully and so wholeheartedly and then worked out the HOW as you go along knowing you can be supported as you go? Their centre of gravity moves as they navigate the new ground around them adjusting their spacial awareness as their feet find solid ground and in a moment who are BEing is transformed forever. Staying still is no longer an option the Greater World of possibilities is just in their grasp if they can take walk.Īs they take the step they have no idea if they will succeed or end up on their nappy cushioned behind on the floor only to try again moments later - maybe this time succeeding with support of surrounding furniture or adults.Īs they move their whole being as they commit themselves to this action. They answer the need deep within themselves to try this unknown and entirely new thing. When was the last time you considered a "baby step" from the perspective of the baby.Īs a baby takes their first steps they dig deep internally, they move courageously and with everything they have. We commonly use the phrase to explain being cautious or doing something with hesitation or gently gently moving forward. I was speaking to a friend today about the phrase "taking baby steps" she had a reframe she had recently been shown. #linkedintopvoices #linkedincreator #creativeprocess

Is it something you do? I'd love to hear about your practice of this. Sometimes taking that moment to pause, reflect and really take stock makes a massive difference to your ability to move forward. In doing so, I realised how much I have been creating inwardly and that by allowing projects to surface, to ebb and flow as they needed to, I have created much more than I could have by forcing these projects to their completion.Īs a result, I feel so much more settled and ready to bring these creations into the world.

Today we continued the process by looking at what we're bringing to life for the rest of this year. The process allowed us to let go of things, acknowledge how others have been reshaped and feel joy and gratitude for those things we have harvested. We've created a wonderfully powerful ritual that allowed us to really take stock of the journey we've been on. I've just finished part two of a taking stock/intention setting process with Emily Tuck as part of moving through Samhain and towards the Winter Solstice. How often do you take stock of how far you've come? Creativity Facilitator and Coach | Advocate for Creative Industries
